Lanford Automation LLC is an automation integrator. The majority of our scope of work involves the design, installation and programming of automation devices and the equipment that are controlled by them as well as modifications of existing customer control systems. Unless otherwise agreed to and specifically cited in a quotation that is based on a formal RFQ (Request for Quotation), Lanford Automation assumes no responsibility for damage to or failure of components on equipment that were not directly impacted by the modifications made by agents of the company.

If specific end results are required from a job requested of Lanford Automation (for example, machine OEE improvements expected from a modification that we implement), we expect those expectations to be expressed formally in the RFQ. Lanford Automation will make every effort to ensure that all requirements and constraints are understood prior to quotation. However, we assume no liability for failure to meet end results because of improper or insufficiently communicated machine requirements, constraints and limitations of the processes within which we will be operating. 

Lanford Automation accepts payment in the form of either credit card, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App as well as traditional payment terms. If your company has specific terms and requirements, we pride ourselves in our flexibility and will work within your company's guidelines as much as possible.
